Studio Midnight
If you’ve hired me to work on a project or written me a check in the last decade or so, you know that the name I’ve been doing business under is Studio Midnight. MonsterPants was a company that I started back in 1995 for the purpose of publishing comic books, then later on making movies and much later, creating toys.
As I get older, I’m feeling less connected to the MonsterPants identity than I did when I was a young whippersnapper all those years ago, so I’m beginning to use the Studio Midnight name more and more. I’m going to keep MonsterPants for my toy brand, but pretty much everything else, including upcoming film projects, will be under Studio Midnight. This rebranding will be a gradual thing, with a new website coming when I have time to build it (I’ve been building on the old one since the 1990’s and it’s looking a bit ragged) and probably some renaming of my social media accounts.
Please do me a favor and check out the new Studio Midnight Facebook page and give it a like. I’ll be posting everything about upcoming projects regularly over there, including the films, MonsterPants toys, and some new endeavors.
Thank you for all your support!
